Symptoms
On : FSCM 9.2 , Approval Framework using Journal Approval as example.
Provide example of how to setup User List Definition with Role and route control profile.
Configuration of user list with Role and route control profile has been done, but when submitting journal, it is showing 'No approvers found'.
The data has been cross verified the details and there is a list of approver which belongs to mentioned Role & Route control but still it is not picking it.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up AWE journal approval workflow with custom User List using Role and Route Control Profile
2. Enter and edit a journal
3. Submit journal for approval
